Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your login secure.
• You may delete your account at any time in settings.

• You retain ownership of the tierlists, rankings, comments, and other content you create.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Service.
• You're responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. Images you add must not infringe others' rights.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Spam, scrape, or disrupt the Service or other users.
• Manipulate rankings, ad views, or revenue (e.g. fake clicks/views).
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The Service may share a portion of advertising revenue with tierlist creators and crew leaders, attributed based on ad views and completions as described in the product.
• Revenue figures shown are estimates and may be adjusted for invalid activity, refunds, chargebacks, or errors.
• Payouts (when enabled) are processed by Stripe, subject to a minimum balance, identity/onboarding requirements, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
• We may modify the revenue-share rates or program, or withhold amounts tied to fraud or policy violations.

The Service displays ads (including via Google AdSense). Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes advertising cookies and your choices.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. content license for already- distributed content, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewTiers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us (if anything) in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the changes.
