Privacy Policy

• Account info. When you sign up (including via Google sign-in), we collect your email address, a username/display name, and an optional avatar and bio.
• Content you create. Tierlists you make, your rankings, ratings, comments, and crew (group) memberships.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and ad views, used for security, analytics, and ad-revenue accounting.
• Payout info (optional). If you connect a payout account, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store your full financial details.

• Provide and operate the Service and your account.
• Show your tierlists, rankings, and crowd/crew comparisons.
• Calculate and attribute ad-revenue shares to creators and crews.
• Communicate with you (e.g. account or product emails you opt into).
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
• We also use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Service providers that run the Service — Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payouts), and Google (sign-in and advertising).
• Other users — your public profile, tierlists, rankings, ratings, and comments are visible to others by design.
• Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

• Access, update, or delete your profile in your account settings.
• Delete your account, which removes your content (see Terms).
• Opt out of non-essential emails.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK/California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
